📦 Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
📋 Tracking Your Order
You can track your delivery in real-time:

- Use your Order ID or Tracking Number provided in your confirmation email/SMS.
🏡 Delivery Instructions
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- If you won’t be available, please provide an alternative delivery instruction (e.g., leave with neighbor or security) during checkout.
- Our delivery team will contact you 1 hour before arrival via phone call.
❌ Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery team cannot reach you:
- First attempt: We will try to contact you to reschedule.
- Second attempt: The package will be held at our nearest branch for 3 business days.
- After 3 days, the order will be returned,.
📄 Proof of Delivery
A signed delivery receipt will be provided upon handover. You can also access a digital copy in your Susila Telecom account under Order History.
